The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) , Wednesday formally declared MTN Nigeria as the winner of the 2.6GHz spectrum auction. After it offers a whopping N18.96 Billion to the federal government of Nigeria as payment, it however won in the bid for the 2.6GHz spectrum auction.
