Facebook finally Adds Yoruba and Igbo To Facebook Language Option, while the earlier added Hausa language sparked up huge argument among Nigerians, it even caught the attention of former spoke person for PDP in person of Fani Kayode

Well am glad to let you all know that the remaining two major languages in Nigeria Yoruba and Igbo has finally been added, you would recalled that during the visit of Facebook CEO, Mark Zuckerberg to Nigeria, he promised to add more of the country native language to the company app language option.

According to Mark Zuckerberg, he noted that having local contents on the Facebook platform would ensure that more people were connected, he however further predicted that in 10 to 15 years, the company hopes to get everyone in the world connected online.

Although he is yet to make an official announcement to this development, this was however spotted in the early hours of today, it was discovered that changes have been made to the Facebook Language option and of course there they lies, two of Nigeria local native language ( Yoruba and Igbo .)

You will also noticed that the Yoruba language option on Facebook appears to be partially functional while the Igbo Language seems to still be in its developmental stages, this explains why Mark Zuckerberg is yet to make any official statement as regard this.

To Change your Facebook language, visit language option on your Facebook account and select either Hausa, Yoruba or Igbo. without any doubt am sure this will further improve the site experience for those who may not be that good with English, now they have a better alternative.
