Requirement For 2017 Nigeria Police Recruitment

  1. Candidates seeking admission into the Academy must be Nigerian citizens, between the ages of 17 and 22, with a height of not less than 1.67 Metres (5 Feet 6 Inches) if male and 1.62 Metres (5 Feet 4 Inches) if female. In addition, male candidates must have an expanded chest size of not less than 91cm (36 Inches). **All candidates must however be free from any forms of physical deformity or mental disability.
  2. A minimum of SIX (6) credits at the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) WAEC, NECO or NABTEB at not more than 2 sittings, with a credit pass in English Language, Mathematics and other relevant subjects to candidate’s chosen course of study in the Academy.
  3. ANY SSCE EXAMINATIONS STATEMENT OF RESULTS OR CERTIFICATES TAKEN BEFORE 2013 WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
  4. Candidates must meet a certain scores ( CUT OFF MARK ) in both written examination, interview and must also pass any physical as well as psychological tests of fitness.

How to apply for Nigeria Police Academy recruitment 2017

You should note that application attracts a fee N5,000, To apply visit the School official website: http://www.polac.edu.ng/ and follow the registration instructions strictly.

NOTE :  Avoid entering wrong information, Entry Examination, may be Computer Based Test (CBT)  or Pencil and Paper.  The examination shall consist of a General Paper (Section A), English Language and Mathematics. also take note, Section A is compulsory for all candidates.

Finally, **The Nigeria Police Academy 2017 recruitment examination date is slated Saturday the 8th July 2017. Failure to show up for examination automatically disqualifies you! likewise, you’re to come along with your Acknowledgement Form, Examination Card, JAMB Result Slip and two Postcard size photographs (3.5 x 5 Inches).
