Infinix Releases Lollipop Update for Infinix Hot Note and Hot Note Pro

Today Infinix Mobility start sending Android Lollipop with a brand new UI that Infinix call XUI to it’s Infinix Hot Note users. thou this is said not to be the Final Lollipop update but it also is from Infinix Mobility and all its users are adviced to be calm till August ending possibly 31st when the final update will be made available

The update brings new features and some improvement to the Infinix Hot Note

Mind you for those All rooted device can upgrade to lollipop, just don’t do an over the air update OTA.

What you need is a laptop and Sp flash.

Link to the rom and sp flash is already pasted in infinix forum.

Check infinix forum, the roms are posted with their respective links, download the particular rom form your device, extract into a folder and launch the sp flash.

use of sp flash to upgrade your firmware.. That’s what i did, now am on lollipop, my phone was actually rooted before and i downloaded the rom for hot note pro, upgraded using sp flash with my laptop and am back brand new, mind you immediately after the upgrade an update will prompt, kindly update it. Now that am on lollipop have since then refused to root again.
