Today we will be giving you two different custom rom for infinix hot 4, so if by chance you happened to own the device and it appeared you just too tired of the Infinix xos, well this article is for you, however, the two roms we’ll be examining are FreeMe OS and of course CyanogenMod13

Don’t be scared, we will be taking them one after the other so as not to mixed things up for you, the first we’ll look at is FreeMe OS custom rom for Infinix hot 4 x557, all credits to Raj for this beautiful, smooth and of course stable rom.

But before you proceed to flash this custom ROM, if you are one of those who makes use of glo imei tweak, kindly make a full backup of your of your stock ROM, as well as your IMEI using mobile uncle tools.

without wasting much of your time, shall we quickly proceed to how to flash FreeMe OS custom rom to your hot 4, pls it would be very wise you follow the procedure bellow very strictly

How to Flash FreeMe OS custom ROM for hot 4

• Before we begin make sure you have TWRP installed on your infinix hot 4, if you haven’t done so, kindly check here on how to install twrp on infinix hot 4
• Thereafter, download the ROM provided in the link below.
• Now move the downloaded files to the root of your SD card (by root of SD card, we mean in no folder at all)
• After which, turn off your device and boot it into TWRP recovery mode. by pressing and holding power button + volume up simultaneously for 5secs.
• Once in recovery mode, perform the following task wipe data/factory reset >> wipe cache >> wipe cache partition >> wipe dalvik cache.
• Now go back to the recovery main menu and click “Install zip from SD card”
• Now, navigate through your SD card to locate the the ROM, once seen use the power button to select it
• You now have to wait few mins for the flashing process to be completed after which you flash the rest zip files without wiping.
• You can also download and flash superSU to gain root access
• Once you are done flashing, go back to the recovery menu and click on reboot, first reboot takes up to 5mins.

Now shall we then move to the other custom rom for hot 4, which is no other but my favorite CyanogenMod13, cyanogenMod13 is a bugless custom ROM for Infinix x557, and as usual, credits to Raj for this wonderful rom, the rom beautiful no doubt, smooth and as well stable

Same warning as above, if by chance you are one of those who uses glo bis via imei, pls kindly make a backup of your IMEI using mobile uncle tools and also don’t forget to make a backup of your stock ROM.

How to flash CyanogenMod13 custom ROM for Infinix X557

• Before we begin, download both the Custom ROM and the Gapps from the link provided below
• Thereafter, move the downloaded files to the root of your SD card (by root of SD card, we mean in no folder at all)
• After which, turn off your device and boot it into TWRP recovery mode. by pressing and holding power button + volume up simultaneously for 5secs.
