According to Mark Zuckerberg, he noted that having local contents on the Facebook platform would ensure that more people were connected, he however further predicted that in 10 to 15 years, the company hopes to get everyone in the world connected online.
Yoruba, Igbo Language Added To Facebook Language Option
Although he is yet to make an official announcement to this development, this was however spotted in the early hours of today, it was discovered that changes have been made to the Facebook Language option and of course there they lies, two of Nigeria local native language ( Yoruba and Igbo .)
You will also noticed that the Yoruba language option on Facebook appears to be partially functional while the Igbo Language seems to still be in its developmental stages, this explains why Mark Zuckerberg is yet to make any official statement as regard this.
