Samsung stop production of Galaxy Note 7 after new fire scare

Samsung has been forced to stop production of its flagship device Galaxy Note 7 following report of explosion of the replacement it provided for its customers, Samsung has been in the news for quite some time with series of battery explosion report by users of Note 7

Samsung recalled over 3 million of Galaxy Note 7 after several of its users complained of one issue or another, the worst being explosion, which forced Samsung to suspend sales of galaxy note 7 on 2nd of September in order to give way for replacement

The company however resumed sales of its flagship device Galaxy note 7  about a week or two ago, but quite unfortunately the replacement unit isn’t all that safe after all, there has been reports of the new unit exploding as well

while the reason behind this remains unknown, as a result of this Samsung had no choice than to stop production of galaxy note 7 in order for it to determine the cause of the incident, the company which was confident it has fixed the explosion problem with the replacement units was as shocked as we were.

As a result of this, Top U.S. and Australian carriers also suspended sales or exchanges of Galaxy Note 7, while major airlines reaffirmed it ban on the Note 7 from being used by passengers, after smoke was reported to have came out from one of the replacement unit forced evacuation of a passenger plane in the United States last week.

Korean news Agency Yonhap  reported earlier Monday morning that Samsung has stopped the production of Galaxy Note 7. The halt is however temporary, the company has since then declined to comment on the issue when asked by international news agencies.

Well for now, we’ll advice users of Note 7 to use with caution, most importantly pls don’t use while charging, if you must charge kindly switched it off, being offline for a while might save you a lot more damage.
