Windows 10 Creators Update, List of phones to get the update

Recalled sometimes last month, Microsoft began to roll out Windows 10 Creators update for pc, but omitted its phones users, well, it appeared the Company didn’t forgot its smartphone users afterall, as an update has been schedule to be pushed on some smartphones running its OS, and here we have the full list of devices to get the update and how to install

According to Microsoft, about 13 devices would finally move from Windows 10 Anniversary to Creators update, and in case you there wondering if yours would be getting the software update, well the list of smartphones schedule is listed below

However, if you have a Windows phone that’s not listed you may still be able to run the latest software upgrade, provided you’re willing to run an unsupported beta upgrade, and for those unsupported devices already running a preview build of the Creators Update, well you may keep it, but bare in mind that you’re on an unsupported version of Microsoft operating system.

“Devices not on this list will not officially receive the Windows 10 Creators Update nor will they receive any future builds from our Development Branch that we release as part of the Windows Insider Program. However, Windows Insiders who have devices not on this list can still keep these devices on the Windows 10 Creators Update at their own risk knowing that it’s unsupported.- Microsoft”

The Windows update for mobile is expected to start dropping in later this April by 25th, while some of the improvements likely to come with the new Creators update includes Improved Edge browser as well as Cortana operations, ability to make your own 3D Paint supported by Office apps and a few other new inking features..
