WHEN YOU CAN’T SEND OR RECEIVE MESSAGES
Facebook Messenger sometimes might not deliver the message you send, don’t panic. Just check the mobile site to know if the app is connecting or not, or check if the app is up to date, or maybe the network in your area might be bad.
ALL/SOME OF YOUR MESSAGES DISAPPEARED
In case you mistakenly delete your messages, and you want the message back. You can retrieve them back if you archived them. To retrieve them back go to the mobile or desktop site, click on the Messages button and then click on See All > More > Archived (for desktop users) or tap on See All Messages, scroll to the bottom of the page, then press View Archived Messages (on the mobile site).

If your app gives you an error message or a blank screen, just try these things. First of all, check if your Android OS is up to date, and If is not, update it. If the problem still continue
- go to the Settings
- Applications
- Application Manager
- All > Messenger
- Clear Data > Clear Cache.
- Finally Check if your app is updated.
And if the app is not updated go to Play Store, click on the Menu button, then click on My apps & Games. Check if your Messenger app is awaiting for an update. If it is, click on the Update button. In case the problem still continue, just uninstall the app and install it again.
