OperaPay is a new deal in the payment gateway industry with a system design to ensure smooth, fast and secure online payment allowing millions of its users to shop and pay for products or services directly on mobile or its web browser
You’d recall sometimes in September Opera rolls out the payment solution in Kenya and a few other countries but was in a beta test stage not until its December launch which marks the official commencement of Opay operations
DOES OPERAPAY WORKS ON OTHER BROWSERS?
Despite rumors suggest the payment solution will only work on Opera Mini well, it will be made available for all mobile browsers and users can now use Opay for airtime top-up, utility bills such as electricity, cable TV among others. at the moment Airtel and Telkom Kenya mobile phone accounts have been included along with Safaricom.
AVAILABILITY
At the moment OPay can only be accessed via opera web portal at http://operapay.com while we await its mobile apps to allow fast, easy, and secure payments and money transfers.
That said, Nigerians can as well make use of the service but presently available for airtime purchase while we expect its official launch in other Top African countries such as Ghana, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda and Zimbabwe
I tried buying airtime on my glo line which was originally an airtel line, it failed but I was debited. I was told to send the transaction number for a refund through email, which I did. But it has been 3 days I have not been replied neither has my money been refunded. What do I do? Do they have a phone number for complaints in Nigeria? I am in Nigeria.
